ОЦЕНКА КАЧЕСТВА СТРАХОВЫХ УСЛУГ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОГО РЫНКА

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на функционирование страхового рынка Ивановской области. С использованием метода SWOT–анализа были выявлены сильные и слабые стороны, а также возможности и угрозы страхового рынка Ивановского региона. Предложен важный механизм оценки качества страховых услуг, включающий в себя: оценочные матрицы факторов страхового рынка и интегральный показатель качества страховых услуг. Применение данного механизма оценки качества страховых услуг позволит не только оценивать ситуацию в статике, но и разрабатывать стратегию и принимать управленческие решения на любой горизонт прогнозирования.
